0The staff here are knowledgeable. I have been donating plasma for the last 12 years but the only thing I don't like about CSL is they should be cleaning the beds after every donation gets up and leaves. I use to donate at a different facility than CSL, and they always clean the beds after every donation was finished and left which is a good practice, because you never know what somebody has on their clothing or where someone has been before they donate
