DO NOT have any work done there. They will do everything and be incredible, until they get your money. Once they get your money, they will make every excuse in the world not to fix their inferior products and workmanship. I had a full upper denture made about a year ago, paid well over $2000.00 for it, supposedly the top of the line product, supposedly covered under warranty. The plate lost a tooth within 2 months of having it, I took it back to have it repaired only to be told I had to pay $118.00 for an examination before they could fix it. Examine what? I have a FULL upper denture. Last evening, while eating pasta, mind you, another tooth fell out of the denture, I took it back this morning to have it repaired only to be told the same thing, I am due for another $118.00 appointment before they can fix the denture. They are thieves and have inferior products. In dentistry, you DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. It is a license to steal and ASPEN DENTAL are the biggest thieves going.

My first visit to get things started was fine-- they do collect your money in advace - after that first visit I found out why -- they are trained to drain you dry . .. they check your xrays etc and after the exam you can expect an estimate of extreme proportions--they find sooo many problems with your dental work - I had to quit after that initial servcie (paid in advance)a strange practice- , they overcharged me and I had months of meetings to get any mony back and I didn't get it all returned. They were very charming until you have a problem with service-then it gets NASTY--Buyer beware...- No good.

This place is good if you can afford it. They have a couple of payment plans available but I couldnt afford them. I also dont have insurance and because of that I was unable to get past the consultation. The nurses are incredible, very well mannered and extremely polite and down to earth. However the calling center can be a pain in the you know what. They were very misleading. They told me that I would be able to get my tooth pulled the same day that my consultation took place. Which, of course, was not the truth. It really made me feel like they would tell me anything to get me in the door.
