      I rarely leave reviews for companies; it is only when one does something so incredibly generous or egregious that I find it necessary to do so. I will start by saying 90% of other rental companies are cheaper. Having been in 4 weddings and a groom I'm well versed in the cost of tux rentals. Wendy is inappropriate while you are in the store, but she finds it acceptable to speak about her customers negatively to other members of the party. The staff there is quite pleasant, they were friendly, kind, helpful. However, Wendy walks around, refuses to listen to anyone. All that being said we still aren't at the egregious act! One member had the sole of their shoe come off, two members of the party had their jacket buttons pop off, and the groom had a beautiful ripe in his Vest. I called Wendy today, explained everything to her, and I just found out she isn't even giving the groom a free tux (standard at all other rental companies). I could have overlooked EVERYTHING that happened had she offered the groom a free tux for the mishaps. I just found out she didn't do anything for anyone! I hate being this way because I LOVE small business Just do your selves a favor and go to Men's Warehouse or any other place! Oh, I have pictures of everything for true proof that this isn't made up!

      Incredible!

      Our family has used this great companies products for years!



      They are efficient, priced well and knowledgable.



      Everyone I know that needs a NO MISTAKE tuxedo, I tell to rent at Mr. Tux Lake Zurich.



      Large selection of designer names and all thier stuff is there to try on BEFORE you rent. Knowing how each fits is so nice before you find out later.
