GREENACRES, FL STORE: For starters, when I first called I was placed on hold for almost 8 minutes. At the very beginning of my order I informed the woman "megan" that I was very displeased the last 2 times I ordered and hadn't used you guys in a few months because of but have been getting mail from you so I decided to give you another try.. We used to order 2-4 times a month plus once a month I order food for 17 employees at the local airport (NOT ANYMORE!) I requested an "Italian salad" and the woman on the phone corrected me to the proper name ANTIPASTO salad (so i know she heard me) and asked if I wanted a small or large and i told her large. I told her the last two times the food was cold and despite my asking multiple times for extra sauce on the pizza, got it with dough and cheese and barely any sauce... WELL, we ordered at 7:39PM and received our food, COLD and missing the antipasto salad (she didnt charge me for it either) almost 2 hours later.. precisely 1hr40minutes.. (@ 9:19, caller id when the delivery man got here) When i called back to speak to the manager he was of no help and didnt agree he should send out the salad for free for all the hassle! There was no discount offered for the pizza being an hour later than told, missing the ONLY THING I WAS GOING TO EAT.. or the fact i had to put the pizza BACK in the oven to serve to my kids. Oh, and to top it all.. i had to drive to another local pizza shop to get my antipasto salad. This is the 3rd time ive had problems with this store! VERY DISAPPOINTING! We used to spend over $350/month on Saturday pizza night (kids) and ordering food for our employees at the airport once a month.
