Horrible! During sign up they had a separate box on the contract you were to initial saying you could only cancel with certified mail after a year, etc. We weren't going to sign up cause we thought it didn't sound simple enough. They told us then we didn't have to sign and it was a small business if we finished our 1 year we could tell them we were cancelling. After 18 months we told them we were cancelling & I called and told them again cause our debit card used for auto was expiring. 9 months later we get a call saying we owe them over $500. Explained that the card had expired and we had told them we were cancelling. Guy said he'd talk to his manager. 2 months later we are in collections. Said we hadn't cancelled our contract correctly, but we never signed that part of the contract. Collection even filed a lawsuit at the court. We replied and never heard back. 7 months later they have sent us to another collections who keeps dinging our credit. This is FRAUD. We are getting a lawyer.
