We called Eddie and had 3other AC companies. Spent thousands, Eddie came and said our unit was too small. Installed new unit, does our yearly maintenance and we have no problems. Recommend him to everyone. He has also serviced several of our neighbors and friends and have had no issues with any of them. He thoroughly take time to explain things to everyone that he has done work with no issues.

The owner of the company was on point with everything the was happening. We bought a new system from him and he was very courteous. We have and always recommend him to everyone. Totally pleased!!!

I recently moved in to the Wildwood area and my AC was working when I bought the house. Things were fine until it got really hot in June. My AC would not get cold so I called a couple AC contractors and they both said I probably needed a new unit without even checking it out. No thanks. That happened to a neighbor of mine. I had seen Sumter Air's truck recently in my neighborhood, So I looked them up and called. I talked to the owner who was very courteous and the Response was good considering it was a busy day for the company. the service tech was really nice and courteous. After he did a thorough check he said the repair would be minor and after about 1/2 hour it was running at the right temp. I highly recommend these guys for their quality work and decent prices. Regarding the "malicious" review stated on this page, with the professionalism from my tech and talking with the owner there's no way this company would have done something to tarnish their reputation

We, a reputable fast food franchise location, called Sumter Air & Heat to fix a broken AC unit and they maliciously broke a nearby compressor unit in an effort to increase their bill and we have video footage to prove it. We have filed suit against them and will be seeing them in small claims court soon.

Installed a non-working system for thousands of dollars, wouldn't respond after repeated calls and messages to fix the non-working unit so I had to spend thousands more to replace it again with a different company.

I used sumter air and heat for a small air handler issue, the same day that they were working on the air handler the outside compressor for another unit mysteriously quit so a $500 job turned into a $2300 job. They replaced the compressor and it quit working a couple of days later. I am trying to call them and no one has come out to fix the unit and now Eddie is dodging my calls.

we were having problems with our a/c. We called another local company who said that our unit could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. We called Sumter Air for a second opinion. The owner came out and found the problem instantly. Within about 15 minutes the problem was fixed and our a/c is back operating with a inexpensive repair. great service, and saved us a lot of money we could not afford to spend at this time. Highly recomend sumter Air to anyone who wants a trustworthy company and they care about their customers.

I used this company to service my old unit about 3 years ago. Guy came out on time- boy, was I shocked. Then, last week, my unit crashed leaving me with no air and 90 degrees out. Called him again and he came same day to check it out. My 18 yr old unit was done working! He replaced my unit for much cheaper than the other 2 estimates we got. Also cleaned up after himself inside and out ad was done in 1/2 a day. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.
