They overcharged my debit buy half of my original total. I called and asked to speak with the manager who wasn't there. The manger called me later that day but want wasn't helpful. She said we would discuss the matter after the charges posted to my account. I tried calling back a couple days later but she didn't answer. Bad management and customer service. This was my first and last time eating there. I'm never going back there again!

The fish tacos and Chile rellonos are the best of the best

I went to Nacho Mamas in the summer of 2005 and was served a burrito that had a hair in it. Needless to say I returned the plate and didn't get anything else. February 26, 2005 I went back at the request of my In-laws and ordered another burrito. Sure enough, I found another hair (at least 6 inches long). I pulled about four inches to view but the rest was still inside the burrito. It goes without saying, I didn't eat the burrito and I won't EVER go back. The staff took the burrito off the bill but didn't do anything else to ease the tension. I hope that the owner of this restaurant gets this note and corrects this health practice (lack thereof). What are the chances this would happen to me on two visits in a row? If I found hairs with that frequency, I wonder what else is going on in the restaurant?
