Terrible. You'd think that they'd treat their whole-blood donors well if they really want the donors to return. This is not the case at all. They never offer anything to eat or drink, nor do they even suggest, much less encourage, any kind of waiting period after donation. If you do need to wait to recover from the lightheadedness etc, after donating blood, they just point toward the front door, beside which are a couple of chairs. Supposedly there is some sort of secret area in the back where snacks or juice are kept (?) but it seems to be more for the employees than donors. They've never once offered to provide donors (me nor anyone else who's been in the center donating at the same time I was) with anything from it.

Employees are abrupt and act bored. Prepare to just get hustled in and out of there as fast as possible. I've donated my O- at this center a few times and frankly, I give up. I won't be returning.

Oh, by the way, the Big Red Buses from this place aren't any better. Just as in the center, you just get hustled in and out, no post-donation waiting (even if you're driving!), no water, no snacks, nothing.
