After 2 months of Rod Steel's Mobile Fitness, I can say I have honestly seen results I had been exercising, but had hit a plateau. I even learned about some foods that appeared to be healthy, but were sabotaging my weight loss. Rod kept the weekly workouts fresh and increasingly challenging to keep motivation levels high. Highly recommend.
