This guy from Georgia was mad to start with. I been buying items there for over 4 (four) years and NOT ONCE had any kind of problem like this guy who wrote the bad review. People always friendly and willing to help. many times the items I was looking for was stocked but if it was not on the shelf they went to the back bringing out what I went in for. Disregard that bad review. Some people you just cannot please!

I DONT BELIEVE A WORD OF THE MESSAGE LEFT BY MHIGHTOWERS, HE WAS PROBABLY MAD ALREADY AND TALKED THEM AS SUCH. I TRADE THERE AND HAVE SINCE THEY OPENED AND EVERYONE IS ALWARS READY TO HELP.

This is the worst store I have ever been to. We were driving down highway 75 from visiting family in Georgia, had 2 hours left to get home. Our trailer broke down, barring went out in one wheel. We stopped at Tire Kingdom, but they could not take us (closing in 45 minutes). They directed us to call Tractor Supply because they had the entire hub or just the barring. I called ahead and verified with the young lady that they had what we needed, she said yes, I asked her if they had tools we could borrow, she said, no but you only need pliers you can buy here for $2.00 . We proceeded there and of course they also were closing in 30 minutes. We begged for help and was not given any. I ran around the store looking for what we thought we needed. Finally a visibly irritated man directed us to the section with the parts and said they couldn’t help. We got the part off with the kind help of one of their customers. We went in 5 minutes before they closed and had to drag one of the employees out of the back of the store to help. He looked at it and said no we don’t have that size. I’m pretty sure they just wanted to get out on time. Anyway we put the wheel back on and drove to Auto Zone, another unfriendly store. We have only been to Lake City once, and have to say we have not been received well.
