Very disappointed with this company. They will lie straight to your face and take your money and leave you high and dry once they get their money.

There is a guy named Paul there, he is supposed to be their expert and supposedly he has 20+ years. Don’t let this idiot near your home or property. He thinks he knows it all (and will not listen to anything you have to say). A prime example is that this moron came out to our 5 acre property to draw the site plan. I was with him the entire time he measured where the house would be, the septic, and well distance to house. I told him that the people who installed the well informed us that we needed 1” 1/4” pvc piping to cover the 100-200 feet distance from the well to the house.

I also told this several other reps (Wayne, Brian, and Steve) about the fact that we needed 1” 1/4” pvc. Did they listen at all, no. Instead after closing on the house and waiting weeks if not months, they send out a 3rdparty vendor to run the power and well plumbing. They show up to the job unprepared because Paul and Freedom Homes failed to provide them with any information about the job. The three man crew they sent all agreed that the standard 3/4” pvc piping Freedom Homes typically use is absolutely wrong and they also agreed that we needed 1” 1/4”. So they contact their boss and then Paul has the audacity to tell me that they crew they sent doesn’t have the correct piping (I knew this already as the rep told me and he also informed that even if they could do the typical 3/4” piping they still wouldn’t have enough).

He then forces me to go to a local pvc supply store to spend an additional $421 out of pocket in addition to the 10k I already gave them as a down payment.

For whatever reasons that month long promise turned into us closing on our home in July 2021 and to this day we are still waiting on them to finish the work we already paid them to do.
