I highly recommend this store! I felt like the young lady helping me gave me her undivided attention. Everyone was so knowledgeble and friendly. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I got the wedding dress of my dreams!

I went to this store to look for my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses! When I first walked in I was greeted by the workers who asked if I had an appointment (which I'm glad I had called ahead and set one up because they were busy!). My consultant was fantastic! She was super sweet and knew exactly what I was looking for! Not only did I find my PERFECT dress but I also found bridesmaid dresses, my mothers dress, and tuxes for the guys! I would definitely recommend this shop to all of my friends! I had the best experience here and I'm glad I shopped local!

I loved this store! First when you walk in it is so beautiful. Very elegant and elegant. The girls there were so sweet and helpful! Even though they were very busy, the girl that was helping me was very attentive. The store owner happened to be there and let me tell you.. she knows what looks good on people. I tried on lots of dresses in the end I chose the first one she pulled for me. I can't imagine anyone going there and leaving unhappy.

I love this store. The customer service is great. The store was unlike any other bridal store I have seen. They have it all wedding gowns, bridesmaids dresses, mother's dresses and tuxedos.

I was very displeased with my experience. For starters my confirmation phone call the day before was highly unprofessional. The person on the other end did not even tell me who they were or where they were calling from. Instead called and asked why they had a message with my name by it. Much to my surprise the appointment followed in the same manner. Our consultant was not only rude and organized, but made me (the bride) and my bridesmaids (for whom we were shopping for) feel as though we were an inconvenice and my vision for my special day ridiculous. I went into this appointment excited and with an open mind. Within ten minutes I was highly stressed and disappointed. What I found to be most shocking is that the store owner was present during the appointment and did not intervene with our obvious crisis. This bridal shop did not offer suitable customer service whatsoever. We found much better service across the street at Bella's Bridal and all of my bridesmaids were able to find their dresses and complete the sale. I hope this review challenges Vow's Bridal to make some necessary changes and improve their poor customer service.
