I have gone to this store for all of my pageant dresses, ball dresses, and cocktail dresses. Needless to say that's since they opened. I have always got what I wanted when I want it. I have never had a bad experience

Absolutely love Rhinestone Runway!!! I've gotten all my dresses for homecoming, prom, and pageants from here. Not only do they have dresses for any occasion, they have accessories and shoes or whatever you may need to complete the look. The staff is awesome and always willing to help you find the perfect dress!! Highly recommend Rhinestone Runway!!

We have purchased many things from Rhinestone Runway- prom, pageant, and homecoming attire. This includes custom pieces as well. Vicki is a wealth of knowledge and has great ideas. Our gowns are always gorgeous!! Alterations are available as well. I have referred many people to Rhinestone Runway and will continue to do so.

Went in looking for a dress for the Military Ball. Cami was so helpful. Being almost 60 I wasn't sure that I would find the right dress but I did. In fact I found two that I loved. Will be going back next year for sure. They were very busy but everyone was so friendly.

went in looking for bridesmaid dresses. the staff is very rude. the owner is not rude just very pushy about what she thinks looks good. I asked some other girls to help us when we had a question and the owner was busy but the preceded to stare at me like I was stupid for having a question and never did answer me. I thought about trying on dresses their for my self ( the bride) but I would much rather go somewhere else and pay double the price to be treated like a human being and not like their door mat. DO NOT GO HERE.......save Ur self the dissapointment in the horrible service.....

Hearing many people advise to go here I decided to go one day Im 28 but look more like 18 letting them know IM THE BRIDE they kept asking me did I need a bridesmaid dress so irritated I began to look while the sat and talked my first wrong was going in alone neva do that because I began to feel overwhelmed looking at all the different dresses that adding to my frustration with no help r support from the store that I walked out pissed word of mouth got me to look but promise Im one less person to pass the good word that many want go Mamselle was very helpful and made me more in the mood of looking

I had heard good things about Rhinestone Runway,so when my best friend got engaged,I told her THAT'S where we're going! Boy were we in for a surprise! We booked an appointment,got to the appointment,only to be IGNORED. Our "helper" went to a "bigger,more important client" and had US pulling our OWN dresses. Not only that but they blatantly ignored us the entire time. The dresses we dirty,cut up,falling apart. The other MoH and I wanted to see a specific dress,it wasn't in. They claimed they were getting it sent back to the store. It took 3 different calls,confusion & finally we got the dress back. It was falling apart. I do NOT recommend this store to ANYONE! There are PLENTY of other places you can spend your hard-earned money,then here. I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I will NEVER go back. So much so that instead of buying my dress thru them,I'm going to another STATE,to get it. JUST so I do NOT have to buy from them!

rhinestone runway has amazing dresses at pretty good prices. i found my wedding dress there and it is stunning with alot of beading and was only $750 they also let you pay on your dress month by month till its time to start getting it ready for your wedding. i would recomend this shop to anyone looking for a beautiful dress on a budget.
