Before I say WHY the owner of this place gets a 1 star rating, I find it coincidental he has 1 star ratings ONLY, all over the Internet. If I could give a negative 1 star rating that would actually be more appropriate. My Ford Explorer was brought to this place by another repairman to diagnose a problem of water leaking into my vehicle and causing electrical issues. It was only brought here because that is where a service department employee at a local dealership told my dad and also the repairman to bring it since the local dealership "can not fix the problem." Why the service dept. employee lied about the dealership’s obvious capabilities is beyond me....until I put all the pieces together. Come to find out, the dealership CAN actually fix the problem, and they DID, but it's apparent the employee/the dealership & this guy at AAA are in cahoots and share "business." This guy stole from me, hid the charge in an invoice, all for his commission. His words.

The owner is the most rude person I've ever met in my life. I went back to ask about a job he did on my car, and after I asked few questions, out of nowhere, he started yelling at me and my mom saying if we don't leave he will call police on us. (I was so curious if he can call police on us, i went to a local police station and asked about this. Like I figured, he can't do anything to us since I had the receipt.) Unfortunately, leaving a "honest" negative review about this place is the only thing I can do...
