      Great BBQ and smoked meats. If your a BBQ fanatic try this place. They make and smoke their own suasages, tassos and beef jerky, pulled pork, brisket, chickens and just about anything else that they feel like smoking at any given time. Also they sell plate lunches using their smoked meats and the bousin is top notch.

      Johnson's Boucaniere continues the Johnson family tradition of making Boudin, sausages, and tasso that were once sold at the original Johnson's Grocery (since 1937). Add to that our in house smoked pulled pork, brisket, chicken and other smoked meats that we use in our sandwiches and plate lunches. Exceptional service and quality of food.
