Wrote a review yesterday but don't see it. My son attended this day hab over two years ago. I was so excited for him to be going there. My first question was if they were going to be going out in the community. They assured me they would be. After he started attending excuses were given. Spacial mobility I believe has a major impact on the health of individuals. I also asked them to document my son's b.m.s and was told they were not a medical model and were not required to document b.m.s. My son has crohn's disease and a history of impactions. Impactions can be fatal. Knowing this did not move them they still refused to document his b.m.s.. Later when Danny was in the hospital I learned that yes indeed they were required to document. The case management company, medical resource, whose job it was to advocate for Danny didn't and after he almost dies while in the hospital they still had not put it in his cpoc plan. All of this was reported and as far as I. know nothing was ever done. Not sure how they are still licensed.
