- Established in 1971, Tippecanoe County Public Library is located in Lafayette, Ind. The library maintains a collection of more than 1.3 million items, including books, magazines and databases. It houses over 65,000 multimedia products that include cassettes, CDs, DVDs and video tapes. It provides fiction and nonfiction books on a variety of topics, such as science, mystery, fantasy and literature. The library also operates various clubs and organizations that conduct special activities and events for children and adults. It organizes a range of events that includes reading programs, story sessions, book discussions and leisure activities. In addition, Tippecanoe County Public Library provides home delivery and book vans for homebound members.
