TERRIBLE customer service! My facial tanners wouldn't come on, I let the worker know and all she said was "ya we will look it". I thought A Total Tan was bad.. at least they have better customer service than these girls.

i absolutely love this tanning salon! the girls are always nice. they know their beds and their products which is always nice. they always have great deals going on and if you tan about every other day their sun club is super cheap! i love their variety of beds and its always clean!

I LOVE this Salon. It is HUGE & has Tons of beds to Choose from. I have been a member here for almost 2 yrs.. & I just signed up at Snap Fitness a few months ago. Now i can Tan & Work Out whenever I want.!!

I have the Diamond membership as well, meaning I have access to the best 4 (different) beds! In reply to AshleyRN2011, they ask what bed you want to do because they have multiple Diamond beds you can use at anytime. I've always had excellent service at all the the locations. The girls that have helped me are always telling me about new lotions and how I can benefit from them. I'm always getting new lotions since I always get 30% off any thing.

I would recommend Levee Tan to anyone, beds are always great and rarely ever half to wait on a bed.

Rude unprofessional service. Girls act like you are an inconvenience. They look just plain miserable and have no personality.they were not knowledgable or helpful. Did not get a tour. Was not greeted but only asked my name once I got to the counter. Asked for my id before explaining packages. Then after I got what she said was high pressure bed she then asked which one I want to use, why would I want to use something less than what I bought or a bed that would potentially burn me when I asked for the one that would be the safest. They need more training on their customer service skills and knowledge of what they're selling

I really like the building. It's got a modern feel & it's always clean. There are plenty of beds to choose from in the gigantic facility. That, itself should qualify for 5 stars. However, about 95% of the time, the girls inside are snoody. They act like they don't even enjoy working there. I purchased an $89 sun-club membership for the King bed, which is the bed that is the least likely to burn you as I was told. It was the most expensive package they offer, but I'm getting married and would like to be tan but burn/pain free.. Anyways, every time I go in, they ask what bed I want to use (why, when I paid for the King bed?) and when I do say which one I'm there for, they get snoody. Tonight, I even had a girl tell me it was "unavailable" and when I looked over, saw it empty, she looked at me and then said "well I guess it just needs cleaned. It'll be a minute" I just don't get it.. In most places, the high-paying customers get treated well because they are helping the business. (I don't anyone being treated unfairly, just making a point).

I have tanned at Levee tan for a few years now, and i personally love it. They have super nice workers and they always seem honest and really know what they're talking about when it comes to what I need for tanning and lotion. I recently discovered they are putting in a gym over there. FINALLY, a place where i can work out and tan at the same time. I am happy and excited. Can't wait til it gets done. I know i will continue going to Levee Tan for a long time.

I've been tanning with Levee tan for almost three years now and the location on 26 is one of my favorites!! They have some awesome Diamond level beds! If you want a great upper class tanning salon with friendly workers then tan at Levee too!!

I have been tanning at Levee Laundry & Tan locations for 5 years now. After trying many of the other tanning locations in town, Levee Tan has stood alone in quality and price. The beds are clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and well informed in regards to a clients tanning needs. Why would you go anywhere else?

The best looking beds I've ever tanned in. Their hours are very convenient with my busy work schedule.

I got great color from the diamond level beds. Their staff was very helpful in helping me achieve the best color without burning for my wedding day. I recommend this tanning salon to all my friends.

They have the cleanest beds and the beds are really hot. Open 24 hours is great

Not too happy that they put in new bulbs at the first of the year then cut back amount of time for full time - from 15 minutes to 12 minutes on the bed I use. May not seem like much of a difference but it is. I don't know what the purpose of it is for except for them to cut back and make more money.
