Very hard working and caring staff. These people have been in the business for 20 years and know what they are doing!!! This company has certain standards and will NOT manage slumlord properties. Thank you for being a stand up business, you don't get much of that anymore.

Check it out! I've enjoyed renting my property and am getting ready to sign another 12 month lease. The price is right, the property is nice and clean and in a good neighborhood. The maintenance staff is helpul and the office staff is friendly!

Consolidated helped me find the apartment I was looking for and within my budget. However, once you sign the lease, the facade comes off. My apartment was infested with cockroaches. There were many gaps in the windows and doors that caused other insects to come in. The place was not well insulated. I had birds and other animals fall from the attic and into my closet, where they would get trapped in the ventilation. The secretaries are useless. They are never happy on the phone and lack general customer service skills. I would have to make two calls for each maintenance issue because the secretaries would never put it in. Andrea, the property manager, ALWAYS came into my apartment for viewings: three or four times a week, multiple times in one day, and at night, often invading my privacy. She'll make terrible small-talk about your belongings, which is very uncomfortable. I would never suggest someone to rent from them.
