Our service areas also include Boulder, Louisville CO, Longmont, Gunbarrel, Niwot, Erie & Broomfield. We also service the close in mountain areas such as Lyons and up to Nederland. Because of the areas we serve, it is advantageous that our real estate office is centrally located in the city of Lafayette Colorado. This is where we live, this is where we play and where we love. Our area of focus is the Indian Peaks neighborhood. We provide homeowners in this area with real estate statistics and community activities. This is important to us because we believe in the quality of the neighborhoods of Indian Peaks, as well as the overall beauty of the area. The depth of experience from our team offers home buyers and home sellers the expertise necessary to navigate the legal waters of a real estate transaction. In 2015 our team helped 35 home buyers and sellers through the real estate process. In 2014 our team closed 34 transactions. So as you can see, this isn’t our first trip to the rodeo! The members of TrailRidge REALTORS are also active participants at the Boulder Area REALTOR Association, offering us insight into the ever changing legal environment of real estate in Boulder County. Leanne Goff, the Managing Broker, has been licensed since 2008 and is a Director on the Boulder Area REALTOR Association. She is also working towards her Master’s Degree in Real Estate. Drew Smith, Supervising Broker, has been licensed since 2011 and is the Chair on the Young Professional Network at the Boulder Area REALTOR Association. He was raised in Lafayette Colorado attending grade school and high school at our local institutions moving onto University of Colorado, Boulder. Drew’s analytical skills have made him a contract expert while his patience has assisted many first-time-home-buyers and investors purchasing new property.
