Site says opens at midnight, that�s crazy needs correction and hours they are actually open

I went there 6pm today 12-1-18 and they were closed, they are supposed to be open until 7pm. Busy with holidays and have no idea when I?ll be able to get back. Wonder if they changed their hours?? If so why this is busy time of year plus more people?s are here in The Villages

I am very dissatisfied with the business practices at this salon. I purchased a gift certificate for my mother-in-law. I asked the manager at the time of purchase if there was an expiration date, since she is only in Florida at certain times of the year. I was told there was no expiration date. The certificate was for $75. My mother used it one time last year for $26. When she went to use it again this May she was told it was no good. After some discussion the manager told her she could use it today for $26., but after that it was no good. There was still a $23. balance. I called the manager and complained and she gave me one excuse after another. After much arguing she agreed to send my mother-in-law a certificate for the remaining $23. When she received the new certificate it is written on there that it must be used in the next 90 days. That was not the agreement when the certificate was purchased.

They use shady business practices and are dishonest. I will never purchase another thing from here. And after my mother-in-law uses her $23. she will be taking her business elsewhere.

Since this salon is in The Villages, it makes me wonder how many other senior citizens they have taken advantage of.
