The employees here are disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. The last 4 times I visited the lacey Costco one employee tried to yell at my 2 year old to get out of his way, to which I promptly called a manager. Another occasion I wanted to change my membership level and the employee argued with me, demanding that I keep my executive membership, and today was the last straw. Upon having our reciept checked, one woman was extremely rude to my mom and said, "hey have you been checked yet?" In a very disrespectful tone, to which I replied, "yes she's with me." Instead of addressing me, she told the other employee who had checked our receipt but she needs to check my bag ( diaper bag). I told get that was fine and the employee proceeded to open my bag while it was on my back. She did not even have the decency to let me turn around and open the bag for her. SHE UNZIPPED MY BAG WHILE I WAS WEARING IT AND HADNT EVEN TURNES AROUND. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COSTCO??? this employee should be fired! Our family and friends will be coming in to cancel all of our memberships. Each time I informed the manager, and they shrugged and apologized. Stop hiring terrible people!

Dear Sirs: Since I am 80 years old I try to search out the most tender cuts of meat (beef)). I usually buy from Costco since it has always been the most tender beef I have found. The last two times I have bought there the filet that I have bought has been full of stiffen and only useable about half of what I paid for. The tougher parts I fed to my dog. Although I am not asking for a refund or replacement I am asking please pay a little more attention to what you are selling at premium prices. It isn't the cost I am complaining about but the quality of the beef. Please watch the quality better. I hate to buy your premium quality beef only to take it home, cook it and find it is tough and not very palatable. Thanks for listening.....

i am unbelievably dissatisfied with the lacey,wa costco tire center.i have a very standard car and tires.i went to get two new front tires,told the guy what kind of car i had and he didnt even know what an olds was,really? we told him two tires and he told me ''we dont carry any tire that would work on your car,seriously? how is that? thats one of the main reasons we got a card.im just going to go turn my executive membership in and tell them they stink..

This is the absolute best Costco! It is not as busy as some of the other stores, the lines are short, you can find someone to ask a question to, etc. I always try to go to this
