I work for this company.
We do our best to tell everything we know about the machines we sell. Some of our pieces are consigner owned we do our best to relay the information we receive or observations we see ourselves. We sell used equipment at used prices not new equipment at dealer prices.

Just Google L&L equipment and check out the Complaint Boards site also the Better Business Bureau (BBB) site. (which they are not a member of). It will explain everything. And the previous review was from an "employee". She was being paid to give the positive review and is also related to the owner. So I guess that is why she gave 4 stars, she is reviewing a "company" she is part of and works for. I believe that is the definition of bias. On Complaint boards she says that 99% of what they sell is consigner though. (Strange!!) Inaccurate descriptions is something that was common with them when I dealt with them.
