      horrible service! my father passed away (he had life insurance) calling this number for 3 days to find out about the process of collecting, no response, hanging up, no agent assigned to this case.. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'LL CALL CORPORATE OFFICE...
