I am very happy with the service they provide. I had order an oxogen meter for a friend of mine. My friend passed away 2 days after I order it. Of course I had not received it yet. I called them told them my position on not needing it any longer. They did not estate at all. They put all the money back it to my account, even the shipping cost. Called the Post Office and had it returned to them. I was very pleased. I had a problem and they were glad to fix it at no cost to me.
