Arigato's is one of the best restaurant finds ever. It is in a little strip mall in La Mesa on Baltimore Drive. Arigato's has all of the expectations you would desire from a fancy five star restaurant in a quaint and cozy space. The very fresh (bought daily) fish for sushi is handpicked, their varying dishes are all delightful, and the prices are very reasonable. Arigato's is the only place in the San Diego area that I will eat sushi. You will not be disappointed.

My boyfriend took me to Arigato Japanese Restaurant & I was a little nervous cause I'm very picky about my Japanese food and being 1/2 Japanese you know what tastes real what doesn't. Anyhow, the food there reminded me of my mom's home made cooking.The sushi was amazing, and it's the real thing people. No trendy americanized rolls... this is the real thing. I will go there tomorrow night for dinner.The best so far !!!!!!!!!!!! I give it a 10+ and the service was excellent!

NO ONE WILL BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS CHOICE. THIS IS THE BEST HIDDEN FIND IN LA MESA. SMALL AND FAMILY OWNED; BUT THE FOOD IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! THEIR UDON SOUPS ARE AMAZING!
