Jamie Gannon PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who treats college students and adults with a variety of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety and substance use disorders (addiction). She is part of the https://health.ucsd.edu/specialties/psych/clinic-based/pages/college-mental-health.aspx, which provides specialty mental health services to UC San Diego students, and part of the https://health.ucsd.edu/specialties/psych/clinic-based/Pages/addiction.aspx, which uses a harm-reduction approach to provide care for all stages of recovery from substance use disorders.Dr. Gannons expertise is working with individuals with complex medical issues. She uses evidence-based behavioral medicine interventions related to sleep, weight, pain management and stress reduction to improve patient outcomes.She has experience with diverse patient populations of different ages and ethnic backgrounds, comorbid conditions, symptom severity, and military experiences.
