The staff are excellent!

Staff was very nice. I was just concerned about the lack of them learning medical history. They were ready to give me a bottle of diet pills or a weight loss shot day one and send me on my way. I feel there should have been a more complete medical history for the benifit of the patients. I have a family member that goes to another practice and he had to have extensive bloodwork and exam. The NP I saw for my consultation never looked me in the eye as she was discussing options.

Jellico Office is the place. The Ladys are excellent at what they do. Got a lot of knowledge about what to eat....

The office staff was amazing and was able to get me taken care of. They did a wonderful job of explaining the process to me and were super friendly! The only issue I had, was that I set an appointment online and the office staff was not notified.

Everyone was very nice and professional. I received great information on my diet and changes I need to make. Most places focus only on the meds but here they equally focus on diet and excercise.
