      Disappointing

      I have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 2 months, eaten in the main resturant as well as out on the deck.



      I have 3 times tried to order the french onion soup which I love only to be told they were out (even though each time it was not 7PM yet).



      I have attempted to order the special of the night- to be told they we out. (which I found highly unusual since the special was a some variation of primerib and though they said they were out of that- they still have primerib available if you ordered it off the regular menu.



      I have ordered simple "home-made" hot chips on the deck- just to wait 45 minutes to get them and have cold fries delivered (and when they were sent back- had cold chips delivereed next).



      A resuturant that touts being a Steak & Seafood specialty place needs a much more diverse menu in these areas.....this one is not by any means!



      Simply put- the menu is below par, the staff is inexperienced (including the management that just rolled her eyes when problems arose) and the entire experience does not warrent "trying it again" just to see if they were just having a bad days. (Been there and done that already)!
