I would like to file a complaint. I am in care of a 90 yr old man. He lives alone. I was told via phone that Lifeline services would arrive for pick up at 3PM. (this service is not working for us) No one showed. This is a problem, knowing that they will show at their own convience and my client will end up confused and scared and even fall trying to get to the door.
