Being a country girl and living on a farm my whole childhood, i love this type of food and cracker barrel's food is absolutely delicious but at this specific location i was disgusted with the people who have been chosen to represent this restaraunt. My boyfriend and i lived in peru at the time and i had just gotten off of work. I was a waitress at a restaurant in peru. It was one of those nights where i just wanted to relax afterward but it was my and my boyfriend's 1 year so we wanted to have a nice dinner. At my job i had to wear a tie and a button up shirt, dress pants and hair in a pony tail which is typical for a waitress. My boyfriend on the other hand was being goofy because we were having fun on our anniversary and he put my pink sparkly headband in his hair to make me laugh and he was wearing a purple coat his mom got him. When we got there they were closing in 45 minutes. Being a waitress i said absolutely not. We'll go back to peru and get mcdonalds i don't want to make them serve us this close to close. He talked me into going in since we drove half an hour and it was a special night. When we walked in we were not greeted. The waitresses/hosts were all gathered talking. One on her phone. This did not bother me. We waited for them to notice us and after 3-5 minutes they did. Then they argued about who had to seat us... we were the only ones there and seating isn't hard. She sat us and then our server came. She was very short with us and impatient. She obviously wanted to get her sidework done and i understand, being a waitress at the time but customer satisfaction is first. Because of the way we were dressed and because i ordered for my boyfriend we got made fun of by OUR WAITRESS. completely inappropriate. as she gave us our check she handed it straight to me. I took out my wallet because him and i take turns paying for things and it was my turn to buy dinner. But she walked away toward another waitress and yelled "called it!! She is paying! She took the check" and bith waitresses laughed loudly as they walked into the server's alley. and AFTER we were done and about to leave an elderly couple came in 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE and got treated with an abundance of respect. They were probably regulars but i expect the same service as anyone else. I tipped my waitress 10 dollars because i understand how it can be waitressing but i will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. if you are not an elderly white couple YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED THE WAY A CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BE TREATED. i will not eat here and any of my friends or family who eat here will hear this story. Thought i should share the outrageous time i experienced. sexist and just outright rude. I hope these individuals learn how to do their jobs!

How can anyone not love this place? Fresh country style meals at a reasonable price. I never get tired of the atmosphere.

This store always gives good and quick service. The waiting time for a table is the best I have ever experienced at any location in my travels. I have traveled in 44 of the continental 48.

Food is good, as it is in all Cracker Barrel's I have been. Service at this particular store is not that great - much longer wait times than other CB stores in other locations.

The variety of food is so nice. You can eat as healthy as you wish or indulge yourself on things that taste good, but probably clog your arteries in an hour. If you prefer going healthy try their grilled chicken. It has a very good taste and is nice and juicy.
