Our experience with Aaron was great; no complaints there. He was friendly, kind, and professional. So far we are happy with the vehicle. However, we are very upset with the "extra charges" no one mentioned prior to the purchase. We were charged $399.00 for a Shadowmark warranty which we didn't ask for nor agree to. If this coating was already on the car (which it had to be) then the warranty should have been included in the price we paid for the car. Your finance guy, Nathan, had each of us signing papers quickly one after the other and snuck that one in on my husband without eaplaining it or asking if we wanted it. Also, we were charged a $599.95 "processing fee" which may be a standard charge at your lot. But we've purchased many vehicles at many lots including new vehicles and have never paid a processing fee before, much less such an exhorbitant one. Processing the paperwork is part of selling vehicles and again should be included in the purchase price. So we were tricked out of $1
Experience was great! John wasn't working on Sunday but he came in and helped us with our auto purchase. He was very friendly and made the process very easy. He got everything to Nathan quickly and we had our new car in no time. This is our 8th car that we have purchased from Lance Cunningham Ford because of the service both during the sale and after. We recommend them all the time to friends, family and colleagues. You couldn't ask for a better place to purchase a car. John Hill and Nathan are the absolute best!!
One word to describe the experience at LC Ford is fantastic. I had been truck shopping for a very specific vehicle all over town for several months. Throughout this time, John B was the only salesman from any of the dealerships I had contact with that stayed in touch with me on an almost weekly basis. He knew exactly what I was looking for, and when something fit the bill he would call me and let me know so I could come look at it. I never received calls about anything other than exactly what I was looking for and for that I am grateful. When it was time to purchase a vehicle John B worked quickly to get everything ready, was no nonsense about the process. Once we got to agreeable terms, Nathan handled the finance aspect quickly and efficiently. Was very accommodating in the process due to a hiccup on my end, nothing on his part. When the time comes for a new vehicle for my wife, or myself, LC Ford will be my first stop. No question about that.
I returned to your dealership for my 3rd vehicle purchase in the last 12 months. I did this specifically to deal with Frank. At this point I dont believe my wife and I would deal woth anyone else. I also would like to thank Travis in financing. This is the second time he had something really important to deal with at home and yet he remained at the dealership to help us quickly complete our transactions.
Everything was great until I got the truck home. When I started cleaning the inside (which smelled like cigerate smoke as to why I was cleaning it) tan dye started coming off of the seats, dash, carpet, headliner and anything else that had stains or scratchs that needed to be hidden. I knew the truck was used, but to try and hide stuff with dye instead of just cleaning it is bush league at best!
Everyone, especially John Hill, was very nice and interested in my satisfaction. The truck came in sooner than expected which made me happy.
