Joe Neubert Collision did a wonderful job with my Jeep that had front end damage, and were even done quicker than I was quoted! The detail job was excellent as well- the carpet stains caused by a spill during my wreck were totally gone and my Jeep looks brand new! Great service!

Been doing business with them for years. Always easy to work with and gets the job done when promised. These people that have older cars expect the paint to match their faded out color is unrealistic. All body shops use hammers you idiot. Would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible horrible customer service.

They turned a simple fender bender into a botched repair nightmare. A repair that should have taken a week took six weeks and my car is still not fixed . I also have additional problems I did not have when I took it in... They behaved unprofessionally , disrespectfully and took responsibility for nothing... If you cannot avoid going there,protect yourself by taking photos and video of every detail of your car inside and out before leaving it with them. Keep a log of your dealings with them that is dated and timed and avoid talking to them without a witness.. my car that was not repaired correctly and instead of making it right they stalled until my rental coverage ran out.... Ask a reputable local dealer who sells your make of car or similar who they recommend for collision repairs and consider taking it the the shop they recommend. A ten minute internet search could have prevented weeks of anguish. I would have seen the reviews avoided going to Neubert in the first place.
