I have been going here for years for the massages (Patti is the BEST in Knoxville) and they have excellent pedicures. Small treatment room means you are not one of a dozen getting a pedicure with the scent of aceton everywhere. Mary is the owner and takes good care of her customers.

The massage and facial I had were amazing. They were nothing but friendly and made the whole experience extremely enjoyable and relaxing. I plan on only going to this spa for the rest of the time I live in Knoxville.
