I was a first time customer who was told how much it would cost to have some pants altered. I returned with the pants and reconfirmed the price with the same lady behind the counter. When I went back to pick up the pants she told me a price that was TWICE was I was quoted. The lady told me she would have never told me a price that low and I reminded her of our conversation when I commented on their price being lower than the other places, she told me during that first conversation they always have the lowest price and I even asked her to reconfirm the price and what was being altered to be sure there was no confusion. I feel I was misled and I don't think there was any accident on her part. The review below confirms to me that there is some kind price switch happening. I hope the owner reads this and deals with that employee because they have lost my business.

I used them once and never again. I dropped off my clothes on Thursday, and they said the clothes would be ready on Monday. They were not ready until the next Thursday. When I picked them up they were still dirty and had more wrinkles than when I dropped them off. Deluxe Cleaners would not refund my money even though they had not cleaned my clothes.

THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD, BUT THEY BREAK MY BUTTONS ALOT OF THE TIME. THEY ALWAYS FIX THEM, BUT THEN THEY DO NOT EXACTLY MATCH, AND IT IS A PAIN TO DEAL WITH.
