This locksmith drilled a safe and rekeyed deadbolt locks for me. When they drilled the safe locks they did not use a drop cloth to catch the drill shavings. Instead they allowed them to drop on my wall to wall carpet and left them there. The shaving were hot and melted into the rug and the worker scattered them even more. The shavings are like thousands of razor blades in the carpet now. They also damaged the safe during their work.



During the rekeying of the deadbolt locks they did not put all the parts back into the locks.



The work Cox did is costing me even more to repair.
