They are a nice group of people when you go into the office, when you are dropping multiple packages off out back, or when they come by my business to pick up packages. But the problem is, they are scheduled for a daily pick up at our business for multiple packages going to customers. and in the last 15 business days they have stopped by and picked up only 5 times. No call saying they are not coming by, and our pick-up is at the end of the day, so if he/she is does not come, we are out of luck until the next day. I can tell you how many times UPS or FedEx has not stopped by and not picked up the packages we have for them in the last 2 years (1X UPS and None for FedEx). And I try to call the number that was given to me by the Postmaster no one answer (Answered 1X). The phone rings for exactly 4 minutes, and then the call ends. We will call multiple times in an afternoon and NO answer. No real business could do this and keep in business. But USPS thanks for being at least pleasant, nice in your delivery of mediocre services. :)

I live in Keno on Camp Day Ln have not received mail in 3 days Flag on mail box up scene saturday Jan. 7th with out going mail not picked up why Mail boxes are accessible.

Held mail because they want $40! For a mail box key. Even though mail is held at post office, decided to try and deliver a package on "accident". Was told they would deliver directly to my door since it was supposed to be held. Did not deliver it, but left a notice in the box I can't access. Also, Jamie the post master is rude af.
