found this place while driving the coast up to Portsmouth and keep coming back with the girls for a day around the boats. awesome view at the harbor overlooking an abandoned lighthouse. great ride on RT 109 off 95 or RT 1 not far from crowded Warren's. takeout window for lobster rolls or full restaurant.
