A Perfect Nightmare! A complete lack of customer service. We did not receive a phone call to comfirm our long distance move. We were never told that they subcontracted the movers, the truck and the car carrier either. We were under the impression that they had their own trucks. Our vehicle was picked up on our move day and brought to the warehouse to be transported down to our new address. A week later we called to check the status only to find out that our vehicle was still sitting there in the warehouse and had never left. No call to let us know there was a problem or delay. Needless to say we were irate. We finally received our vehicle more than 3 weeks later and were never offered a rental car or a discount for the aggravation. Make sure you read every word of the estimate as well and have them explain it to you in plain english so you understand what you are going to pay. My advice is to just call Lipincott directly. They took extra special care of our household goods, drove it down on schedule, called to give us updates and did a wonderful job!
