The pool area is nice. That's about it. It does have a large laundry room. The playground has a few swings. The park has full time people who have rv's older than dirt. Rundown and very slummy towards the back. Sites are very tight. Make sure you get a site close to the pool area away from the really skinny sites. People park along the road so when it's busy, you can't back in to your lot. Very disappointed in the park as a whole. People are very nice. We think our inverter was ruined due to the electric hookup not putting out the right amps and no load. Beware.
