      General Info
      Founded in 1969, Poinciana High School is a secondary school. Located in Kissimmee, Fla., the school serves students in grades nine through 12. It offers a wide range of subjects that include art, science, social studies, mathematics, English, life management skills and physical education. It provides foreign language courses in various international languages, including French, German and Spanish. The school s guidance department offers several services, which include credit evaluation and course selection, parent-teacher conferences, individual and group counseling, career development and consultations and referrals. It additionally provides the accelerated credit track and Florida virtual school programs, which provide online credit courses. Poinciana High School also provides career preparatory programs and is a part of the School District of Osceola Country.
