I have been taking kickboxing classes for the last couple of months and they are great. I always get a great workout and never feel out of place. Everyone is working for themselves This place is awesome, clean, and lots of fun.

My son and I have been taking classes here for four years now. The instructors are great. The mixture of various Martial Arts techniques is our favorite aspect of EMA. We learn Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, a little Krav Maga, and many others.
