Terrible customer service! My husband took our son for his 1st fishing trip and they stayed here. When they got home my son realized he had left his blanket in the room. I called them and they had found the blanket but needed me to send $10 in cash for them to mail it. ( this blanket isn't big at all ) I asked them to charge it to the card we used for the room but she said she wanted cash. I mailed her the cash but she never sent the blanket. I called again and she claims that she never got the money and will not send the blanket until she gets paid. I am not sending her anymore money so they now own a Disney Cars blanket and my son's 1st fishing trip was ruined by this awful person. Not to mention that he has had the blanket since he was a baby and I was going to save it for a keepsake.

My husband and son stayed here when they came fishing. My husband left my son's favorite blanket, that he has had since he was a baby, in one of the rooms. As soon as they got home my son knew he had left it. So I called and to my relief they found it. She asked for me to mail her $10 in cash for shipping, I wanted to charge it on a credit card so I knew they got the payment, but she said no, it had to be cash. Well, a week and a half later the blanket still wasn't here so I called her again. She of course said she never got the money and she suspects someone at their post office steals cash because she mailed cash once and it never made it. I will not give them any more money and she will not send my son's blanket home. So his 1st fishing trip was ruined because he no longer has that blanket. BAD costumer service!!!!!!! We will never stay there not recommend anyone to stay.
