I have had an account with roundout for over 20 yrs. Always used the Broadway branch but when they put one out here it is super convenient for me and the staff is amazing ,pleasant and speed is a FULL PLUS here and what is always impressive is the manager works out on the floor and the lines and is always knowledgeable and treats her staff with respect when she is assisting I love how I can get in and out ,, Unfortunately when I'm in the Hurley Branch not so....from the outside one would think oh great no one in line or at the drive through I can really get done ,not so ..on four occasions I have received toooo much money back had to go in give the money back ,YEAH I'm honest ,or the teller cant find me needs a license all the time,cant spell my name now each time I'm here 8-10 mins,have gone by three tellers now, three and no lines and they move like they are 100 yrs old....
