I wish I could tell you about Grab a Cab. As a senior citizen just discharged from MSKCC (Sloan Kettering) I got Grab mixed up with Kingston Kabs. When I didnt hear from them I called to confirm. I called the wrong company. Both were prepaid. Kingston Kabs came on the dot and took my husband to JFK. Grab was late and called but my husband was well on the road. Grab refused to refund even a small part of what they collected from me. I know they are entitled to their fare but the trip was never made, the gas was not used all the way to JFK. They could have refunded something. This is a company without a heart.
