BEWARE if you are a home warranty or home insurance customer! They want the warranty contracts but once contracted through the warranty company, the effected customer comes LAST, bumped back continually for self pay customers, are lied to habitually by their office manager Brenda, and are given the complete run-around.

They were contacted by our warranty company on a Monday afternoon, they came to our house the very next day for the assessment, and guaranteed a quick install after the part arrived once they contacted the warranty company to order the part. We were told to inspect repair by end of week. That timeframe came and went with no response. Through contacting them the next week, 6 days after their initial arrival, we find out they had never sent in the part order to the warranty company. We are now going on 3 weeks without AC in 95 degree weather and they simply do not care & have not offered and will not offer another means to help fix the problem they caused. Brenda has now given me 3 different stories on why she didn't file the claim, one being that they were off on July 4th! What's interesting about that is that our claim wasn't filed until July, 10th because we HAD AC then.... She just makes up excuses for their negligence on a whim. I have explained that our family 5 and myself being 8 months pregnant NEED HELP even at their expense to make their negligence right without my family continuing getting to suffer and they simply do not care.

This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with or witnessed in my life.
