      Customer service is horrible. Every time ive been in the store they were always out of sale items. They have ordered warranty tools for me and i have never received them. I have been in the store several times and nothing ever changes. tome

      You can order a lot of things from the Sears website and have it sent to our local Sears. Go in and ask for David; he will go out of his way to sell you what you want.
