Originally named Joe Chavez Electrical Services back in 1986, I started this business basically by demand of people I knew who were fustrated dealing with large companies. I found customers like to know the service person coming into their home is reliable and trustworthy. Many times with larger businesses, they send out whoeverer is available. Some times the service person is unfamilier with the job or client, even though the client has used that company many times. By having a micro business, all aspects of the business from the first call to the final billing are handled buy the one person you know and trust. Personal service has been the basis of my business for the last 23 years. While I will never be a millionare as a microbusiness, I can count on being the first one my established clients call on, year afer year.
