I was highly impression with JR of Sadlers ac services, professionalism, honesty, quick work and clean up. Great assessment of the job to perform and great low price. I recommend this orangization for any ac work required call them for great services and low prices.

Sadler's Air is just wonderful. We were having a lot of problems with our very old A/C system. We knew we really needed a new system but we were trying to make it one more year. CK from Sadler's had to come out twice last year to get the system working properly, and we decided this year it was time for a new Air Conditioner. Their prices were very reasonable ($500.00 less than our first quote). I highly recommend them to anyone.

Competent, professional, HONEST and punctual are the adjectives that describe Sadler's AC Service. My AC unit stopped blewing cool air last night (21 Jul 12), so this morning around 10:30 or so, I called Sadler's. CK, the technician, was respectfully and knowledgeable. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 15 or 20 minutes.........and only charged $35 plus the weekend service call fee. This isn't the first time I've encountered a problem with my AC unit. I've used at least 3 other HVAC repair companies within the Killeen area & each time I felt as though they had ripped me off...........within days the same problem presented itself again. I even purchased a new compressor unit ( shelled out over $2000) based on a technician's recommendation. How refreshing and what a relief to know that the Killeen/Fort Hood area actually has a competent, reliable HVAC repair business in the area...........which is Sadler's AC Service. 5 Stars!!!

I own an A/C Company in Cape Coral FL. On Weds night, 6/27/12, I found and recommended Sadler's to a relative in Killeen based on his reviews on this site. They didn't seem self authored, which many do and usually easy to spot. Apparently, Sadler's showed up, on time, courteous, found the exact problem that I had expected, repaired the unit quickly and at a better than expected price. Owning a business in this industry, we run second opinions behind other a/c companies on a daily basis. We see first hand how they attempt and do take advantage of people. Our AC went out, so I called a relative with an AC company in another state to help me run a diagnostics and we found out the problem before calling a local company. The first company we called didn't show up or even call to reschedule. I ended up calling Sadler's at 11:30pm, he had just got home and needed rest (understandable), Sadler's made an appointment with me and called before an on time arrival. It took him no time to confirm the diagnostic on his own, and got our AC up and running. He even ran further tests to make sure everything was running properly. All of this was done, in my opinion, at a very reasonable rateI called the relative with the AC company and they agreed, "he charges a little bit less than us". Thank You!!! Will Recommend!

Called and had a guy out within an hour to fix my ac.

Called them at 11:00 pm and he sent someone out and Got my ac fixed with in the hour and didn't charge for after hours rates awesome company

Mr. Sadler fixed my ac at 9:00 pm and didn't even charge me after hours rates, this guy is awesome!

I called Sadler's after calling two other companies, they were at my house the same day, replaced a fan motor and got my ac running again.

I called these guys at 3pm on a Sunday. They were at my house within 20 minutes, and had my A/C running within the hour. The guy was professional and friendly. Sadler's A/C is affordable and honest! I recommend them to everyone!
