- Primary CareJustin followed in his parent’s footsteps and moved to Maui with his wife in 2009. He joined the KWMC team as a nurse and referral coordinator while he pursued his goal of becoming a Physician Assistant. He earned his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013. After graduation, he was honored to return to KWMC as a primary care provider to practice premium quality medicine to the community where he and his family are setting their roots.
- Family PracticeDr. Tetor was born in Western New York (Finger Lakes Area). She spent 1 year in Denmark as a Rotary Exchange student. She graduated from Penn State with honors and distinction. She went on to graduate from Penn State College of Medicine where she was also a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Tetor completed her residency in Harrisburg, PA. where she was the Chief Resident. She also completed a Fellowship in OB/GYN. She went into private practice in Parker, Colorado and was there for 18 years. Dr. Tetor is board certified in Family Medicine.
- Emergency CareDr. Daly was born in Ohio and raised in Ann Arbor Michigan. He received a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Michigan State University. Obtained his Osteopathic Medical degree from Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Daly completed his internship and Family Practice Residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington Florida. With extensive experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine he is ready to help with procedures, therapy or medications that may be required.

A Baldwin high school graduate, he went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Hawaii at Manoa before subsequently attending the John A. Burns School of Medicine for his medical degree. He completed his residency training at the University of Hawaii Internal Medicine Residency Program where he served as Chief Medical Resident before returning to Maui to serve his home community.

He attended San Diego State University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine. He began his career in the medical field at Sharp Memorial Hospital Emergency Room as a medical assistant while also working with a group of orthopedic hand surgeons.
